Breakfast Smoothie


Exactly what it says on the tin.
I bought a blender a long time ago and not really used it, but since changing my diet and eating healthier I have brought it out of hiding, so get used to these kind of posts.


1 small ripe banana, around 140g of fruit – preferably blackberries, blueberries, strawberries plus extra to serve on top, apple juice or mineral water and runny honey.


chop up the banana and pop in the blender. Add the fruit and whizz until smooth. Add the juice or water until it’s the right consistency for you. Chuck on a few blackberries on top and drizzle the honey and voila!
