    Recipe // Breakfast Smoothie

    Exactly what it says on the tin.
    I bought a blender along time ago and not really used it, but since changing my diet and eating more healthy I have brought it out of hiding, so get used to these kind of posts.

    Ingredients1 small ripe banana, around 140g of fruit – preferably blackberries, blueberries, strawberries plus extra to serve on top, apple juice or mineral water and runny honey.

    Method – chop up the banana and pop in the blender. Add the fruit and whizz until smooth. Add the juice or water until its the right consistency for you. Chuck on a few blackberries on top and drizzle the honey and voila!
