    March Favourites

I have not done a monthly favourites or any beauty reviews in ages so i thought i would share with you products that i have been loving this month, i did try and add some new things but there are a few items that you have seen before if you have been reading my blog for a while.
Recently i bought the Real Technique by Samantha Chapman brushes. I got the core collection, the powder brush and the blush brush. I had been searching high and low for these brushes as everywhere i went they had sold out?! but i eventually got them in my local store. I got the core collection for the buffing brush. To be honest i didn’t like it, it just wasn’t as good as my Sigma buffing brush. But i did fall in love with the powder and blush brush. I was using my MAC 150 powder brush for both and these are so much softer and more dense so i would definitely recommend them both!
I don’t think its going to be a surprise that a fake tan is going to be in this months favourites as i have mention that i have been apply daily, and the one i love is St.Moriz, i have been using St.Moriz for years, i did want to try some more brands but seriously nothing came close to this. I also use the instant cream one too but the mousse apply so much easier and smoother with no streaks, but please apply with a tanning mit.
2 new products that i did try this month was MUA eyebrow pencil and collection 2000 fast stroke eyeliner. The eyebrow pencil is amazing for the price at £1 the colour is a little off to what i like but i use it with my GOSH eyebrow pallet. My best friend recommended this eyeliner to me after i had massive trouble with the Benefit black magic (i think it was called) it actually made my eyes swell up so bad i couldn’t see. but this eyeliner is amazing, no swelling (haha) and it lasts all day. what more could i ask for?

PS. I have combination oily skin, is anyone has any skin care products or make up they recommend let me know!

Lush A Million Kisses Lip Tint

When i went to bristol a couple of weeks ago i picked up some of the Lush valentines range as i saw Lexi do a video on them, and really wanted to try some of the products. So one of the products i picked up was A Million Kisses. Its a lip tinted ruby red lip balm. I absolutely love this lip tint, its really pigmented and only needs one application!
As with every lip sticks/lip tints i need to apply a balm before i apply colour as i find it wears really easily and drys my lips out so much, i would definitely say if your lips are like that too then definitely apply a balm before hand. I’m obsessed with it, in my last couple of outfit posts i have been wearing it, literally haven’t taken it off!

    Vivo Cosmetics

So Vivo cosmetics is cosmetics range that is only available at Tesco. It launched about 2 months ago now but i have read so many good reviews on them that i had to purchase. It took me a while as i don’t have a local tesco and is pretty hard to get to, but i eventualy went the other day and picked up a few bits. its ranges from about £1.50 – £6 which is really good. In my opinion i tend to stay away from cheaper make up as i have really sensitive skin (half of the time I can’t use higher brands)., but the one bad thing i have to say about these products that on some of the items the packaging looks a little dated.

So i bought the Baked Bronze in shade 3 which is Healthy Glow, I was really hoping that would have shade 1 Peaches and Cream but unfortunately they didn’t so i just picked up this one and even though it smells a bit off i actually really like it. Im really fussy with bronzers and I’m quite pale they always seem to be too much for my face but this is not to dark and it isn’t too sparkly which is a major plus plus, and i found they make amazing dupes for the Mac Mineralised Skin Finish.

So the second item i gravitated towards was the ‘Ultimate Base Concealer Kit’ which has to shades of concealer, a setting powder and a mini highlighter and then the brush. Now its not brilliant but its a good little concealer for touch ups. I had to mix the two shades together to get a more accurate colour match. But what i loved most about this product was the highlighter, you can use it on cheek and brow too!

Then i picked up the ‘Ultimate Brow And Eye Kit’ I was really looking forward to getting this product from the reviews i read, but i was slightly disappointed myself. As i have dark hair i like to have dark eyebrows and the colour pallet on this for me was to light (so i gave it to my mum) but apart from that its really is good, you get a gel brush for keeping the eyebrows in place which is fab!

Last but not least i picked up the Tri Eyeshadow Palette in Be-Dazzled. As its coming up to Christmas i wanted some new glitter eye shadows. Not sure about the other shades but the black is what drawn me in. But i did notice that the glitter faces really easily eye with primer, but all in all a good product!
