    Are you getting enough?

cami – topshop, shorts – vintahe lee, belt – primark, boots – topshop
Well what a week! But I always say this and to be honest it’s been a quiet stressful one with some big changes!!
Lately I’ve been stuck in a ‘jeans rut’ I just can’t put an outfit together when I’m not wearing jeans. I think it’s because I have to get up and out so early most mornings (7am starts aren’t pretty) so I just chuck on comfortable and cosey clothes, but now the weather has gotten a little colder and wetter I’m starting to come out of my jeans rut!
I can’t live without a cami, and the topshop ones are amazing not as good a quality as the American Apparel ones but they wash and wear really well and this green colour is going to be perfect in the winter Christmas months!
I bought these denim Lees years ago in a charity shop in Merthyr, pretty sure they were 50p (I got a leather pair too) I found them hiding in the bottom of my wardrobe so I whipped them out this morning!
I wish I was at London Fashion Week at the moment (a girl can dream) 🙁

    Check Mate

    dress – topshop
    boots – topshop
Seen as it was payday and I had a very stressful month, I though ‘AY why not treat yourself’. I bought a few pieces of uniform as I hadn’t used any (not like me) and I splurged in primark and A/W bits ready for when the cold kicks in!
When i first saw this dress I thought yeah I really liked that but I wasn’t massively drawn to it, even though i’m mad for anything tartan/check but then I saw a blog post of Amy from The Little Magpie wearing it, and I just couldn’t resist! I love how flowy it is, and its so easy to wear. You can dress it up or dress it down and in the winter you can chuck a chunky knit over the top with some super cosey tights and you’re good to go! Here I have the dress on with my beloved Topshop Anchor boots but i’ve also worn it with my vans and my summer sandals!
